Star Citizen Patch 3.5.0i
Alpha Patch 3.5.0i has been released to PTU, and is now available to test! Patch should now show: PTU-1338818 .
It is strongly recommended that players delete their USER folder for the Public client after patching, particularly if you start encountering any odd character graphical issues or crash on loading. The USER folder can be found (in default installations) at C:\Program Files\Roberts Space Industries\StarCitizenPTU\LIVE.

Please monitor ptu test chat in spectrum for updates and testing instructions.

It is strongly recommended that players delete their USER folder for the Public client after patching, particularly if you start encountering any odd character graphical issues or crash on loading. The USER folder can be found (in default installations) at C:\Program Files\Roberts Space Industries\StarCitizenPTU\LIVE.

This patch does not contain all of the intended features, which will be added iteratively to the notes as they become available. Additionally, some features may be implemented in a partial state and as such are not ready for testing. When those features reach a playable state they will be detailed on the notes and added to the “Testing Focus”. Additionally, many missions are currently bugged or do not update properly and we expect to have fixes for those relatively soon.

Added security reinforcement mechanic
AI security pilots in active pursuit of a criminal now broadcast their location, resulting in a steadily increasing density of security that will engage the felon.

Ships and Vehicles
Added automated gimbals
Automated gimbals are an additional setting for gimbals that allow them to attempt and automatically track targets within a cone in front of the ship. The cone is designated by a dashed circle, which is separated into two when the gimbals do not have a lock on the target and closes into a single circle when they develop a lock. This mode can be cycled to via the “R” key.

Delivery lockers should now issue items even if multiple players abandon boxes within.

The button for the lift in the Reclaimer should once again function.
There should no longer be a severe positional mismatch between the player driving a vehicle and those watching.

Clothing in shop kiosks should now display their manufacturer’s logo.
Fixed multiple Female clothing materials to the correct textures.
Updated position of several shopkeepers so they correctly stand at their store counters.
